Post Office

Ritual Synergy's responsibility ends when the merchandise is shipped. This is understood as the delivery of the merchandise to the Post Office with the provision of the respective tracking code to the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the organic nature of Synergies and their being sealed for product protection, and the fact that they are specially created in batches, we will not accept returns unless the item is delivered damaged or defective. We only accept returns on the Jewellery with 28 days.
